Commitment to Begin: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to initiate the design of your custom tattoo. This deposit secures your appointment and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
Payment of Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day of your tattoo session, prior to starting the session.
Deposit Policy: The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new appointment date. If a rescheduling occurs a second time, an additional $50 deposit will be required to secure the new date.
Age Verification and ID Requirement: All clients must present a valid ID at the time of their session to verify they are over 21 years of age. Clients under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who must also present a valid ID.
Creative Process: The initial deposit includes the design consultation and up to five revisions. Additional changes will incur a fee of $5 each. This ensures that your vision is meticulously brought to life while respecting the creative and time resources involved.
Rescheduling Policy: Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment. This helps us manage our schedule effectively and continue to provide excellent service to all clients.
Artistic Integrity: Your trust is valued as I make minor artistic adjustments necessary for the best outcome of your tattoo, both aesthetically and technically.
Preparation and Care: Arrive clean and sober for your session. Following the pre-tattoo guidelines and comprehensive aftercare instructions is crucial for optimal healing and the longevity of your tattoo.
Health and Safety Acknowledgement: You acknowledge any health conditions that may affect the tattooing process. You understand the potential for allergic reactions and infections and accept responsibility for following aftercare instructions to mitigate such risks.
Liability Waiver: By signing below, you agree to release Consuelo Nikolazza and Sugar Studio from all liabilities for injuries that may occur as a result of the tattooing process. You understand the permanent nature of tattoos and consent to the application under these outlined conditions.
Intellectual Property: The designs created are proprietary and remain the intellectual property of the artist. Unauthorized replication is not permitted.
